Simon, has been involved in projects ranging from the south coast of England to Central London and the Thames gateway. Each project has been managed to ensure compliance with all the UK regulations from Planning, Building Regulations, Environmental, Eco Homes, Wheelchair design guides, Housing Corporation and Joseph Rowntree Foundation.

Key areas of interest are in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and Offsite Construction (OSC). He has been involved with the recent development of Jabhouse by Innovare Systems a Structural Insulated Panel system (SIPs) having assisted in its obtaining a BBA system certificate.
